Returns & Exchanges Timeframe
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Please follow these steps to ensure your return or exchange is processed efficiently:
- Contact Our Customer Service Team: Within 15 days of delivery, email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange. You may use the template provided below.
- Wait for Authorization: Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send the item.
- Pack the Item Securely: Please pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
- Ship the Item Back: Mail the package to the address provided in your instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item.
- Refund Method: Funds will be returned to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please indicate this in your email. We will guide you through the process once we receive your returned item.
⚠️ Important Note: Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products:
- Almost Gone: These are clearance items sold as-is.
- Bar Tools & Cocktail Sets: Due to hygiene concerns, these items are final sale once opened.
- Candles: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or burned candles.
- Personalized or Custom-Made Items: These are made specifically for you and cannot be returned unless defective.
