Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refund Method: Funds will be returned to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

Exchanges

⚠️ Important Note: Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products:

  • Almost Gone: These are clearance items sold as-is.
  • Bar Tools & Cocktail Sets: Due to hygiene concerns, these items are final sale once opened.
  • Candles: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or burned candles.
  • Personalized or Custom-Made Items: These are made specifically for you and cannot be returned unless defective.
